Over the last three years we have transitioned many childcare and childminding clients over to digital online records with our recommended software QuickBooks.
Don’t worry if you have only ever used a cash book or gathered your receipts in a poly pocket, we have comprehensive guidance notes and a clear responsibility document which we will upload to your own document portal account.
All we ask is that you snap receipts from a mobile or upload invoices directly into the QuickBooks software. You even have your own email account which enables multiple attachments that can be sent over to the software.
The only other responsibility that you have is the creation of your sales invoices every month to your clients.
Our responsibilities start from initial set-up of software licences and training. The set-up and training are FREE OF CHARGE as we want you to feel confident immediately once your start using the software online licence.
You will receive guidance documents, book-keeping, bank reconciliation, debtor control, cash flow reports, quarterly management accounts, annual accounts and self assessment tax returns.
The QuickBooks licences are provided from us as part of your onboarding and service provision.
